Cocoa Beach Pier
A true Central Florida landmark, the historic Cocoa Beach Pier at Cocoa Beach, Florida, has evolved into an iconic beach destination for families. The world-famous Pier, which draws more than one million visitors annually, spans 800 feet in length and is currently home to five restaurants and bars, along with several gift shops. In the spring of 2014, David Siegel, President and CEO of Westgate Resorts, and longtime business associate Jim Gissy purchased the Cocoa Beach Pier with plans to renovate the pier and make it the premier family dining and entertainment destination for the Central Florida/Cocoa Beach community.

There are currently two Westgate Water Parks: one at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa and the other at Westgate Town Center / Westgate Vacation Villas. Family members of all ages enjoy on-site water activities.
