To start the process:

  • Please complete the attached Supplier Intake Form [MS Word] and W-9 Form

  • Attach a copy of each completed document via email to supplier_registrations@wgresorts.com. Please include “New Vendor Request – (Company Name)" in the subject line of the email.

  • Once approved, you will be contacted via email for additional information needed in order for Westgate to complete your registration in the Oracle Supplier Portal.
