Reservations
Q: How can I book for my client using my IATA or CLIA number?
A: Travel Agents may book online by using the booking engine at the top of this page. Select your client's desired resort, enter the check-in and check-out dates, and enter your IATA or CLIA number when you're in the booking process. You may also book reservations by calling the Reservations Center at +1-888-808-7410.
Q: How can I receive a copy of the confirmation email?
A: Our booking system only allows the confirmation email to be sent to one email address. In the Reservation Summary screen (aka. the reservation information section), the email address entered is the same email address that the CONFIRMATION email will be immediately sent to upon completion of booking. If the Travel Agent wants to receive the confirmation email, they should enter their own email address. If the Travel Agent wants for the guest to receive the confirmation email, they should enter the guest email address.
Q: What are Westgate Resorts' GDS Codes?

Q: How can I book, using a FAM/Educational rate (since I am a Travel Agent)?
A: Thank you for your continued support of Westgate Resorts! To take advantage of our special Travel Agent education rate, simply visit this page for more information. This special rate can also be booked by calling 1-877-729-0389.
Cancellations
Q: How can I cancel my client's reservation?
A: Travel Agents must cancel the reservation for the guest, either online or by calling the Reservations Center at +1-888-808-7410.
Commissions
Q: What do I need in order to earn my commission?
A: Travel Agent reservations require a valid IATA or CLIA number in order to pay the commission to the travel agency after Guest checks out. Commission payments are processed weekly through Onyx CenterSource. To create a login and manage your commissions, go here.
