WORLD OF WESTGATE “WOW” Casino Rewards – OFFICIAL RULES

Application for membership and participation in the World of Westgate Casino Rewards indicates acceptance of these Official Rules.

Members must be 21 years of age or older. Membership is free.

Employees of the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino and its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies are not eligible for membership.

Member enrollment and membership can only be activated with the presentation of valid photo identification (“ID”). Acceptable forms of ID include the following: Valid State issued Driver’s License, Government issued Passport, and State issued ID or a Military ID.

Valid photo identification is required for all transactions related to the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino Player’s Club including, but not limited to, signing up for membership, card reprint, point and comp redemptions.

Membership accounts are limited to one (1) per person. Accounts, membership cards and program benefits are non-transferable and are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.

The name issued on the accepted ID must match the name on the World Of Westgate account.

World Of Westgate Casino Rewards members will receive offers and rewards available to members only. By joining the players club you give permission for Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino and its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies to send mail, e-mail, and other solicitations to the addresses provided, as well as telephone solicitations if you provide your telephone number. If your address or other information changes, please visit the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino to update. By joining the players club you give permission for Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino to use your name and likeness without compensation for promotions, advertising and/or announcement, unless prohibited by law.

World Of Westgate Casino Rewards cards are the property of Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino and must be returned upon request.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or lost/misdirected mail or any other communications.

Each World Of Westgate member must select a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for he member’s account. Members are responsible for keeping secure their account information, including passwords and security responses. It is the member’s responsibility to keep that PIN secure and confidential. Each member is responsible for all transaction on his/her account when his/her PIN is used.

World of Westgate members may not allow cards to be used by other guests for any reason including, but not limited to, for the purpose of accruing rewards. World of Westgate players cards will be used to track play by the account member only.

All benefits, including tier credits and rewards points are based on member’s rated level of play or cash spend, when at a non-gaming outlet. Rated play varies by machine by machine and/or game type, denomination, average bet and length of play. Calculation of rated play is made by Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, in its sole discretion. All tier credits, reward points and comp accumulations are subject to review, determination and verification by Westgate Last Vegas Resort & Casino.

Benefits may be awarded for all tracked slot and table games play, video poker, live poker, racetrack betting, sports betting and cash purchases at participating Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino non-gaming outlets. It is the responsibility of the member to present his/her World Of Westgate card, for tracking before placing wagers at tables, racetrack and sports betting or other games, and to properly insert the players card into the slot reader and verify its acceptance throughout the duration of slot machine play. It is the responsibility of the member to present his/her World of Westgate card, for tracking before purchasing goods and/or services at participating Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino non-gaming outlets. Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is not responsible for lost ratings, tier credits, reward points, or comps due to an improperly read player’s card, or otherwise.

World Of Westgate tier credits and reward points are earned on cash/credit transitions only and do not include tax or gratuity.

When redeeming reward points at a slot or video poker machine, you must have a balance of $5 or more.

Earned reward points can be redeemed at participating Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino outlets only. Not valid with third party outlets.

Earned reward points and discounts cannot be combined. with any other offer, promotion, coupons, or discounts.

All purchases made using earned WOW Reward Points are non-refundable.

World Of Westgate tier point evaluations are completed on a twelve-month basis, February 1st through January 31st each year. Qualification is based on recorded World Of Westgate play activity. World Of Westgate Diamond (10,000+ Tier Credits), Platinum (1,000-9,999 Tier Credits), Gold (100-999 Tier Credits), Silver (0-99 Tier Credits) tier levels are by invitation only at the sole discretion of Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.

Bonus points received in a promotion are not eligible towards a World Of Westgate tier upgrade.

Management reserves the right to adjust account status for any reason, including but not limited to error, malfunction or misuse of a World Of Westgate card.

Tier credits and reward points have no cash value.

Rewards Points earned at the Westgate Las Vegas Superbook may ONLY be redeemed for Food & Beverage, Hotel and Shows. Excludes all retail merchandise purchases and free slot play.

World Of Westgate members must have gaming/resort activity during the priority thirteen-month period to prevent purging of all reward points. Gaming/resort activity is defined as earning at least one tier credit during the prior thirteen-month period. Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino reserves the right to purge all World Of Westgate tier credits, reward point or comps, without advanced notice, from any member account with no gaming/resort activity in the prior thirteen-month period. World Of Westgate Players Club accounts may also be purged by Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino for any member that is excluded from Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino or any of its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies.

Tier credits and rewards points are non-transferable, including upon death or divorce.

Members are responsible for any applicable taxes. Winners are responsible for providing their Social Security number when requested in order to comply with IRS 1099 reporting requirements.

All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Official Rules, program regulations, eligibility, tier credits, reward points, comps, and all other matters regarding the World Of Westgate Casino Rewards program are the exclusive discretion of Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino whose decisions are final.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino reserves the right to modify, change or cancel the World Of Westgate Casino Rewards program and benefits at any time without prior written notice. The continued availability of World Of Westgate reward points, comps and other World Of Westgate benefits are not guaranteed.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino reserves the right to deny or revoke any World Of Westgate membership for any reason in its sole discretion, including but not limited to determining that the member has not complied with the program in the manner intended, or determining it would be in the best interest of the guest or Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino to do so.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino reserves the right to refuse reward points or complimentary redemptions if the true cardholder is not present or if coupons or complimentary slips have been changed, altered or tampered with in any way.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino reserves the right to remove and revoke promotional giveaway offers (i.e. Free Slot Play or Promotional Table Chips), reward points worth, tier credits, for any persons on any state gaming exclusion listed or enrolled in any state self-exclusion program, patron whose account has been merged or duplicated, patrons permanently banned from the casino property by management or government authorities or patrons who have voluntarily excluded themselves from Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino and its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies. Such persons are not eligible for the World Of Westgate Players Club program or any of its offerings.

Any dispute or situation not covered by the Official Rules will be resolved by Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, whose decision shall be final.
