Tom Dugan is Westgate’s Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the company’s Executive Committee. As Chief Financial Officer, Tom Dugan is responsible for the company's accounting, tax, financial reporting, compliance, benefits, risk management & fleet operations, insurance services, treasury and portfolio servicing functions. Tom also sits on the Board of Directors of the Westgate Foundation.

Tom brings more than forty years of professional and financial management experience to Westgate having previously served as an audit partner for one of the world's largest accounting firms, KPMG. His previous experience includes Controller and CFO for multi-national companies, extensive strategic business planning, acquisitions, public offerings, investor relations, systems development and SEC reporting.

Tom received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Peters College in New Jersey and is a member of the American Society of Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
