As a passionate food enthusiast who can’t get enough of restaurants with a view in Las Vegas, I sought out to uncover the best Thai restaurants in Las Vegas.
My Experience at the Best Thai Restaurants in Las Vegas
If you’re new to the city, then you might automatically expect a lot of American food, seafood (a LV specialty) or restaurants created by famous chefs (lookin’ at you, Hell’s Kitchen).
But what many people don’t realize is that Las Vegas Thai food is really a treasure trove with so many amazing family-owned businesses, creative restaurants and phenomenal eats that will help you not only experience more of the city but dive into a delicious culinary world as well.
When eating at Thai restaurants throughout the city, I’ve found them to be run by incredibly kind, generous staff in warm, welcoming atmospheres. Most are extremely family-friendly, but they also make excellent spots for date nights. Some are fancy, feeling more like a lounge than a sit-down dining establishment, while others are full of charm and colorful decor that make the perfect setting to grab lunch or have a family meal.
1 | Weera Thai Restaurant | Upon walking into Weera Thai, I was immediately greeted with a pleasant smell and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The soothing music and soft lighting set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience.
During my visit, I had the restaurant’s signature chicken satay skewers, pad Thai and green curry. The pad Thai was an excellent blend of crunchy bean sprouts, tender shrimp and perfectly cooked noodles topped with tangy tamarind sauce.
Weera’s mild green curry, with its savory flavors, helped complement the tanginess and spice of the pad Thai. Both meals were a testament to Weera’s dedication to providing customers with the authentic flavors of Thailand.

2 | Le Thai | Le Thai blew me away with its simple yet sophisticated decor, kind staff and diverse menu.
I started my meal with one of Le Thai’s most beloved dishes: pad krapow moo. This savory stir-fry is served with minced pork, Thai basil and a balanced blend of spice. I then ordered the khao soi, a Northern Thai curry noodle soup that has creamy, spicy broth and tender chicken.
All of the food came hot, was served beautifully and tasted wonderful. It’s a great restaurant if you’re new to Thai and want a good sampling of staple dishes.

3 | Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen | Similar to the best pizza in Las Vegas, I could not get enough of Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen. If you’re looking for a warm and intimate restaurant, Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen is the perfect place for family gatherings and romantic dates.
At Nittaya’s, I ordered the pad see ew. This rice noodle dish had a great smoky flavor that was complemented with fresh vegetables and savory chicken.
Another thing I loved about this restaurant was that while it felt upscale, it wasn’t stuffy. The staff was fantastic, very attentive and helpful. My waiter kindly offered his recommendations each time I asked.

4 | Ocha Thai Cuisine | After dining in multiple sophisticated atmospheres, I wanted my next Thai restaurant to have a simpler vibe. My search came to an end when I arrived at Ocha Thai Cuisine.
I began my dining experience by ordering a large spicy tom yum with a side of grilled shrimp satay. The tangy and zesty flavors of the tom yum complemented the savory flavors of the crispy shrimp.
Once I was finished with my starters, I ordered a serving of Ocha’s signature Thai Spicy Mango Sauce with mixed vegetables. This dish was the main highlight of my experience. It had the right balance of sweet and spicy.
If you’ve never had Thai food before, I highly recommend this restaurant since there are so many menu options. Many of Ocha’s menu items are approachable for a curious Thai foodie newbie who wants to sample the fragrant flavors of this Asian cuisine.

I ordered the Northern Thai-style curry and was taken aback by its delicious, yet complex, flavors. The charming and soothing atmosphere just further enhanced my dining experience.
The beautiful lanterns hanging from the ceiling and warm, romantic decor would make this a fantastic date night location.

8 | Thai Paradise Restaurant | Everyone’s dining experiences should feel like paradise, and Thai Paradise is no exception. This esteemed restaurant houses a diverse array of traditional Thai dishes and an inviting atmosphere.
I ordered the signature Thai Paradise Fried Rice, rich with various proteins, aromatic spices and nuts for extra crunch. I paired it with the Ocean Paradise Panang Curry, with its zesty flavors and spicy fried rice.
The service was quick and fast (everything was brought to my table within 20 minutes), and the presentation was great. The only thing I would suggest is visiting during the afternoon or being prepared for a slightly longer wait in the evenings due to less staffing.

9 | Mama Surang Thai Kitchen | For those looking for a cozy, family-friendly establishment, you’ll feel right at home at Mama Surang Thai Kitchen! After receiving my order of the prik king, fried tofu and tom kha, it felt exactly like a homemade meal.
I also couldn’t leave without trying one of the restaurant’s specialties — Thai curry. I went with the gang pu, a spicy crab curry with vermicelli noodles. It was hot, fresh and bursting with flavor.
