As a Westgate Resorts Owner, we strive to help you maximize your ownership experience every year through our resorts, programs, amenities and exchange partners. However, we understand that life gets in the way and affects your ability to travel. So, we created a way for you to save your week with Westgate and travel when it’s convenient for you.

You might not know that your vacation time expires at the end of your usage year season, so it’s important to take the necessary steps to make sure your vacation time doesn’t lapse. If you’re not planning to travel during your regular usage year, you can save your week with Westgate and extend your travel time for up to two years!

To save your vacation time, you must visit your online Owner portal at WestgateOwners.com before your week expires. We created a step-by-step guide on how to save your week online at the end of this article. It’s important to remember that saving your week doesn’t happen automatically. By offering the option to save your vacation time, we hope to empower you with unmatched flexibility on how and when you choose to travel.

Important Things to Remember When Saving Your Week

Now that you know you can save your vacation week, here are some important things to keep in mind:

• Saving your week with Westgate is free to do.

• You don’t need any upcoming vacation plans to save your week.

• You have up to two years to use your saved vacation time.

• A Developer Exchange Fee will apply when you make a reservation with your saved time. The fee is $149 online at WestgateOwners.com or $169 by calling our Owner Services line at 800-925-9999.

• Owners can travel to any Westgate destination and access any unit type or season based on availability when using a saved week. No restrictions or blackout dates apply. However, depending on the type of unit owned, some season or unit upgrade fees may apply.

How to Save Your Vacation Time Online (A Step-by-Step Guide)

Step 1: Log in to WestgateOwners.com to view your Online Account Management (OAM) portal and head to your dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the “My Vacation Time” section on the left-hand toolbar. This section allows Owners to view their available time, book a stay, save and exchange their week.

Step 3: Click “Save or Exchange” and select which usage you would like to save for future use.

Step 4: Select “Save With Westgate.”

Step 5: Review and confirm your selection. If you need to make any changes, you can select “Change Deposit Selection” or “Change Usage.” Make sure to click the box to accept the terms, and once you’re ready, select “Save With Westgate” to complete the process. And that’s it! Your vacation will be waiting for you when you’re ready to travel!
