You’ll find the menu filled with authentic Italian dishes that have been inspired by the American palate. That’s why you’ll find certain dishes a unique blend of the two cultures. For example, the Mista salad contains a bed of baby greens topped with chopped walnuts, goat cheese and the house vinaigrette.

As for the pies, many boast Italian surnames, like the Galeano, named after the restaurant’s founder. Others are classic Italian pizzas you’ll find in Italy, such as margherita, diavola and funghi. For a little taste of Italy in Utah, look no further than Buona Vista.
