Situated only 15 miles south of downtown, you’ll find the impressive Woodward Park City. This 125-acre campus is a dream come true for all sports enthusiasts and the only place that offers night skiing in Park City.
Woodward Park City offers a different adventure than most other night-skiing destinations. This ski course features an impressive selection of pipes, rails, and jumps, allowing you to perfect your skills and become a master shredder.
Woodward Park City also hosts one of the largest tubing parks in Utah. This makes it a great venue for sledding the night away with family and friends.
Woodland Park City is open every day of the week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It has one chairlift and three magic carpets that offer easy access to the slopes for skiers of all levels.

Located 35 miles south of Park City and surrounded by towering snow-capped mountain peaks, Sundance offers a unique skiing experience. Its serene environment and illuminated tracks transform the slopes into a breathtaking scene during the evening.
With most of the front mountain open for night skiing, Sundance lights up its tracks for skiers on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Some of the most popular night-skiing runs are Top Gun, Montoya, Stampede, and Maverick.
On Fridays and Saturdays, night skiers can hit the rustic Owl Bar for a refreshing après ski. Here, they can unwind with live music, local cuisine, and an extensive selection of soothing drinks.

3 | Brighton |
With over 200 acres and the main terrain park open for night skiing, Brighton is one of Utah's biggest destinations for those who want to hit the slopes after dark. It offers a total of 24 runs illuminated by 250 lights and serviced by four lifts to give you a skiing experience like no other.
Brighton opens its gates to night-skiing visitors Monday through Saturday, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. You can rent the equipment on the spot and get skiing lessons during night hours.
Brighton has recently expanded its night-skiing terrain by illuminating the Mt. Millicent area, also known as Milly. This added another 45 acres to its already impressive night-skiing range.

About 80 miles further north of Park City, you’ll find the majestic Powder Mountain, which captivates visitors with the raw, untouched beauty of the Wasatch Mountains. If you’re looking for a place with affordable pricing and warm, welcoming staff, Powder Mountain is something you can’t miss.
Powder Mountain keeps its Sundown lift and Tiger rope open till 9 p.m. This makes it a perfect spot for late-night skiers, who usually start gathering at 3 p.m.
One of the biggest advantages of night skiing at Powder Mountain is the lack of crowds. Daily ticket sales are limited to ensure that all skiers have more than enough space on the tracks.
For those who get hungry during their night-skiing adventures, there’s a Lucky Slice pizza restaurant open until 8:30 p.m.

5 | Nordic Valley |
Only a few miles away from Powder Mountain, Nordic Valley offers 23 skiing trails in the central area of the mountain. It has been a favorite destination for night skiing since the 1970s.
Nordic Valley has one of the largest nighttime skiing areas in Utah, covering approximately 500 acres of skiable terrain. It’s famous for its welcoming vibe, which makes it an ideal choice for families with small children who can go night skiing with their parents for free.
All the slopes in the Nordic Valley are available for night skiing Monday through Saturday, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. It has four lifts running every night.
If you’re in a festive mood, Nordic Valley also hosts a special skiing event every New Year’s Eve, delighting its visitors with a spectacular fireworks show.

Hidden in the Bear River Mountains of Northern Utah, Cherry Peak offers an exciting night-skiing experience for families and winter sports enthusiasts of all levels. It features nearly 400 acres of skiing ground with 29 ski runs and three terrain parks.
Every night, Cherry Peak’s well-lit slopes transform into a playground where skiers can glide under the moonlight. It has three triple chairlifts and a magic carpet, which run until 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Cherry Peak also provides group and private lessons for new skiers and those who want to brush up on their skills. You can also rent skiing equipment there, so you don’t have to worry about bringing it.
Cherry Peak also offers snow tubing, making it an ideal destination to bring your entire family along for a fun night on the snow.

7 | Beaver Mountain |
Nestled right next to Cherry Peak, you’ll find the charming Beaver Mountain. This spot is a hidden gem for those looking for a secluded and intimate getaway.
Beaver Mountain has 828 acres of skiable terrain, relying solely on natural snowfall to create its winter paradise. Its lit skiing slopes are accessible by the Little Beaver Lift and the magic carpet, which run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Beaver Mountain mainly offers private night skiing events, with a few public nights scattered throughout the winter season. So, you need to check their calendar and book your visit before you get there.
Its centerpiece is the lodge, which is open for all visitors to rest, socialize, and warm up during chilly winter nights.
