2 | Shula’s Steakhouse | Located at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, this acclaimed steakhouse celebrates the 1972 Miami Dolphins' "Perfect Season" – the only undefeated team in NFL history – under Coach Don Shula, with photos and memorabilia decorating the elegant space. 5 | Linda's La Cantina | A staple in Central Florida since 1947, Linda’s La Cantina is a “no frills” local joint that serves quality steaks that are USDA choice or above, cut right on site, and grilled hot and fast to sear in all the juices. 6 | A Land Remembered | This legendary Orlando chophouse is named after the late Patrick Smith’s rich novel which highlights some of Florida’s historical moments and landscapes. BONUS | Christner’s Prime Steak & Lobster | An Orlando staple for nearly 30 years, the team at this family-owned steakhouse meticulously selects each ingredient and serves only the best of the best – USDA Prime cuts of beef corn-fed, aged in house and cut-to-order; imported cold water lobster; fresh locally-sourced ingredients; and an impressive wine list of 4,500 different bottles. Start the meal off with sesame seed crusted ahi tuna, seared rare and served with a wasabi cream and soy glaze.
