When leaving the airport, follow the signs for Highway 528 West (Beachline Expressway). Take Highway 528 West to I-4 East. Follow I-4 East to exit 74A (Sand Lake Road). Make a left out of parking lot (north on Turkey Lake Road). Go through traffic light at Sand Lake Road. Turn right onto Universal Studios Plaza. Follow signs to parking garage.
Make a right out of parking lot (south on Turkey Lake Road). Follow to traffic light at Central Florida Parkway. Turn left onto Central Florida Parkway. Merge onto I-4 West. Take I-4 West to exit 67 toward Epcot/Downtown Disney/Animal Kingdom. Merge onto Epcot Center Drive. Take ramp toward Disney/Hollywood Studios/Epcot Resort Area/Wide World of Sports. Follow signs to desired park.
Make a right out of parking lot (south on Turkey Lake Road). Follow to traffic light at Central Florida Parkway. Turn left onto Central Florida Parkway. Merge onto I-4 West. Take I-4 West to exit 7 (US-301) toward US-92 (West/Hillsborough Avenue/Busch Gardens). Merge onto East Hillsborough Avenue. Follow to 56th Street. Turn right onto 56th Street. Follow to Busch Boulevard. Turn left onto Busch Boulevard. Follow Busch Boulevard to Busch Gardens.
